It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Copyright
The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to Hannah Louise Photography.

License, Coverage and Reproduction
I shall be granted licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. My judgement regarding the locations/poses, equipment used, camera settings, number of images taken and number of images presented to the Client shall be deemed correct. Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at my discretion although every effort will be made to comply with your requirements, this will be subject to the following: weather, time permitting, availability and co-operation of the person(s) concerned. These requirements must be requested prior to the day of the event. I shall endeavour to photograph all individuals as requested but I accept no responsibility for leaving someone out. For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain venues my movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge therefore the position from which I cover the ceremony may not be my choice. Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs. All equipment is checked regularly to ensure good working order and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available.

Prices
All goods and services specified on the booking form are supplied at the prices ruling on the date of booking. All goods and services not specified on the booking form are supplied at the prices ruling at the time of receipt of the order.

Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of £200.00 will confirm your wedding reservation, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on my website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your chosen package (as detailed on the booking form) when calculating the final balance due. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due three calendar months before the wedding date at the latest. Additional goods ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Titles to all goods remains with me until paid for in full.
When booking a studio or location portrait the full amount is due on booking and is non-refundable, if circumstances change this payment may be tranferred to another date.
When booking a special ocassion a non-refundable fee of £50.00 is due on booking and the remaining balance will be due one month prior to the event.

Location Portraits
Location shoot travel and mileage will be determined on a case by case bases. There is no extra cost for the first 20miles of my location (based in Widnes). For every 10miles extra an additional cost of £10 will be charged. These details will be discussed on booking.

Unforeseen Circumstances
If I am unable to attend on the wedding date due to unforeseen circumstances or any cause beyond my reasonable control e.g. sudden illness, injury, victim of crime, flooding etc I will attempt to find a replacement photographers.
In the event of cancellation by myself, or in the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the wedding photographic service chosen. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or inconsequential loss.

Ownership
I retain copyright over all my photographs and all computer files remain my property. I will supply you with a copy of my professionally edited photographs (from your wedding day) for your own non-commercial purposes. All images supplied will be non-watermarked and high resolution.

Cancellation
You may cancel the booking at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. This must be done in writing. If you cancel the booking within the final six months prior to the specified wedding date on the booking form, 50% of the balance minus the booking fee of £200.00 becomes due immediately and must be paid within seven working days.

Product Availability
In the event of a product being no longer available, such as an album, a suitable alternative of similar quality will be offered. My choice of alternative will be deemed correct and acceptable.

Archive & Twelve Month Rule
I will store the wedding photographs for a maximum of twelve months from the date of your wedding. If your package includes an album, you must choose the photographs within this period. If you require access to the photographs after this twelve month period, then there may be additional costs for albums and other products as prices quoted on the booking form are only valid for the twelve month period following your wedding.

On The Day
I am the only authorised and official photographer for your wedding day. If photographs are requested whilst getting ready I will arrive no more then two hours before the ceremony is due to start and the latest I shall stay is 9.00pm.
If possible please provide a meal for me at the same time as the wedding breakfast.

Personal Accident
I cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot whether directed by me or not.
